This web page provides for an online interface to the most commonly used ASCII to EBCDIC conversions in both directions (ascii2ebcdic and ebcdic2ascii). It is implemented using the standard unix routine 'dd' and also supports the special IBM Ebcdic format. First, select the file you want to convert, and choose the type of conversion you want from the list box. Then press the submit button. The converted file will automatically start downloading to your computer, and you will be asked for a file name to save it. |
